HAFSAY is an online jewellery store based in Pakistan, offering Korean-inspired jewellery imported directly at wholesale prices.
Orders & acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once our team verifies it (we usually call or message you within 30 minutes for Cash on Delivery orders).
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the order details.
- Product images are for illustration; slight variations in colour or finish may occur.
Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa — manual transfer to our number.
- Online payment — pay securely by card, mobile wallet, bank, or Raast through our payment partner Safepay. Card and wallet details are entered on Safepay's secure page; we never store them.
Shipping & delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and delivered across Pakistan through our courier partners.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location or courier delays.
- Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, branding, and images on hafsay.com belong to HAFSAY and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HAFSAY is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
